2009 Merci Pinot Noir

  • $48
  • 94 cases produced
  • Winemaker: Jim Sanders

In 2006 we began planting “heritage clones” of Pinot Noir; the 2009 “Merci” is our first release of wine from these plantings. The 2009 Merci cuvee is ripe, rich, fragrant, deep, and creamy—a fitting tribute to those that have labored to make these extraordinary clones of Pinot Noir available, and to whom we offer our thanks.

2008 Serendipity Pinot Noir

  • $65
  • 68 cases produced
  • Winemaker: Tony Rynders

“Serendipity” is a small production cuvee that is the result of a one-time collaboration with Tony Rynders, one of Oregon’s finest winemakers. Tony personally selected his favorite clones from specific rows within Le Cadeau Vineyard to create the Serendipity cuvee. This lovely Pinot Noir features an exotic assortment of deep red fruits wrapped in a smooth, polished, texture.

Red Label

2009 Red Label Pinot Noir

  • $38
  • 244 cases produced
  • Winemaker: Jim Sanders

The 2009 “Red Label” Le Cadeau Pinot Noir is a rich and luscious wine filled with sweet red fruit flavors that are followed by a cinnamon mid-palate and a long, earthy, caramel finish. Made exclusively from estate fruit, the Red Label is a complex Pinot Noir offered at a slightly lower price point. Despite its youthfulness, Red Label is drinking beautifully now but will fully integrate and develop secondary flavors over the next several years.
